microarray-scanning-services
Arrayit offers the market’s finest microarray scanning and data analysis services including high resolution scanning, data quantification and data analysis of microarrays manufactured by Arrayit, Agilent, Roche NimbleGen and other suppliers. Scanning is performed in our class 100 cleanrooms using the latest microarray laser scanners providing 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0 and 10 µm scanning resolution at optimized gain and laser settings for optimal signal-background-ratios for DNA, RNA, protein, peptide, and many other types of printed microarrays. Autoloaders enable high throughput barcode reading and microarray scanning of up to 24 microarrays per run and thousands of microarrays per day for small research projects from academic labs and larger studies from hospitals, government agencies, biotechs, pharmas and diagnostics companies. Data are downloadable from our confidential servers to allow access to scanned data in real time.
