Arrayit offers innovative hardware solutions for creating multi-well microarrays on a single glass substrate slide. Reaction cassettes containing 8, 16, 24, 48 or 96 wells utilize silicone gaskets to create individual reaction wells encompassing the printed microarrays. The upper portion of the Hybridization Cassette allows the introduction of individual samples, making these cassettes ideal for DNA and protein microarray research and diagnostics.

Hybridization Cassette 4x16 (Catalog ID AHC4X16) is identical to Hybridization Cassette 1x16 except that it contains four identical units allowing the use of four glass substrate slide microarrays. The Hybridization Cassette 4x16 has a 7.5 x 7.5 mm well size set at 9 mm centers in four identical 2x8 units. Well openings in the top portion of the Hybridization Cassette (shown here) are 5.5 x 5.5 mm. Requires the use of four individual silicon gaskets (Catalog ID GAHC1x16) to demarcate the individual wells, and the four gaskets are included with the purchase of the AHC4x16 product. Easily sealed with foil seals to prevent evaporation.

AHC4x24 has a 7.5 x 6.5 mm well size set at 9 mm centers in four identical 3x8 units. Well openings in the top portion of the cassette are 5.5 x 5.5 mm. The AHC4x24 equires the use of a silicone gasket (Cat. GAHC4x24) to demarcate the individual wells. The GAHC4x24 is included with the purchase of the AHC4x24 product. The top of the cassette is easily sealed with foil seals to prevent evaporation.
