Shown are the the phases of the comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) experimental lifecyle and how ArrayIt® products integrate into every phase of the CGH process. 1. High-end microarray robots equipped with the 946 Micro Spotting Device are used for CGH microarray manufacturing. 2. Depending on the experimental design, CGH microarrays can be made using BACs, oligonucleotides or cDNAs. Sample type influences surface chemistry. 3. Printed CGN microarrays are hybridized using Hybridization cassettes and other tools. 4. Detection for subsequent analysis in 2-colors is performed using a substrate slide based microarray scanner such as the SpotLight and Innoscan Microarray Scanners.
