Splice Variant Microarrays
Description
Our bioinformatics team can come-up with the right microarray design and will do the research necessary to include oligo designs to obtain profiles for a majority of splice variants of genes relevant to your application. The variants we can include are those represented in the EST database and available in the literature. However, because of our ex-situ microarray manufacturing approach, application specific microarray elements representing novel splice variants can easily be added to any microarray. Email
