Microarray Manufacturing Consulting Services
Get direct and practical “how to” information from the worlds leader of tools, kits and reagents used in microarray manufacturing. Learn the fundamentals and principles that determine how microarray manufacturing tools and techniques are used and interpreted.  These can be formally presented in detail in lecture and also transferred during the real world troubleshooting of your specific system and problem(s).

Generating reliable microarray data starts with good manufacturing practices.  The elements to control are the printing technology, robotics, surface chemistry and environment. There are many things that can go wrong within each of these areas and we can quickly examine these parameters on-site, make accurate assessments, troubleshoot and solve problems. Our consulting services are not just about how to properly use TeleChem’s patented micro spotting devices. One 8-hour day is typically enough time to comb through any manufacturing setup in detail, make optimizations to solve and/or recommend solutions for critical manufacturing problems.

Technical Support
Technical support for all of TeleChem's products and service are free by telephone, fax and email. Our vendor independent consulting services are performed on-site through formal presentations, lecture, question and answer periods, and/or hands-on troubleshooting. Prior to any on-site visit, a strategy will be formulated with TeleChem and the client to maximize the consultation interaction.

On-site Consulting Principals and Approach
1. Scientifically and empirically based

2. Uses common vocabulary and standard procedures & protocols, allowing ideas, information and technology to be transferred.

3. Presented in an objective, vendor independent manner.

1. Scientifically Based Analysis
Our scientific understanding of microarray manufacturing practices has grown dramatically over the last 7 years. Through our own efforts in implementing the key technologies needed to make high quality microarrays, we can transfer the theoretical and practical information needed to solve microarray-manufacturing problems.

2. Standard Procedures
Our consulting services provide an organized, efficient approach to solving microarray-manufacturing problems. We use a simple to understand vocabulary concepts, consistent protocols including standards to achieve the most out of your microarray manufacturing system.

3. Objective Vendor Independent Approach
Our goal is to be as vendor independent as possible. Not all consulting customers are users of TeleChem / arrayit.com products and services. That is okay; we will still apply our knowledge to your critical issues, troubleshoot your problems and get your microarray manufacturing to its highest level possible. Product recommendations outside the company are often made to solve critical problems.
