ArrayIt® custom microarray manufacturing services are performed in class 100 clean rooms using the most advanced robotics, printing technology and surface chemistries available. Our highly trained personnel provide the attention to detail required for the largest and most challenging custom printing jobs. Our different services offerings afford our customers the highest quality microarrays at affordable prices.  Microarrays are made to YOUR specifications. We guide you to use the right surface chemistry, spotting buffers and sample preparation to guarantee successful microarray experiments.

  • NEW! Custom Long Oligo Human Genome Microarrays
    Custom made, any gene, any number of technical replicates and formats.
  • Flex-Chip: Send ArrayIt® your custom samples in 384-well microplates and we print the microarrays for you. Service performed confidentially, with a fast turn around times. A wide variety of biomolecules can be manufactured into microarrays.  Only pay for the microarrays that pass quality control.
  • eChips: Send ArrayIt® your gene or sequence information electronically and we design and synthesize the oligonucleotides and print the microarrays for you.  High quality peptide microarrays can be manufactured in a similar fashion.
  • Antibody and other protein microarrays. Proteins can be provided from any source.   E-mail the list of proteins and the number of microarrays desired to arrayit@arrayit.com with the subject line reading “custom microarrays”. A quote will be sent to you promptly based on the list provided. These microarrays are affordable. Additionally, you will only pay for microarrays that pass our stringent quality control.

  • Protein Chips: ArrayIt® offers custom protein and antibody microarray microarray manufacturing. Our core microarray manufacturing technologies are compatible with all modern microarray detection methods including but not limited to, fluorescence, SPR, chemiluminescence, colorimetric, RLS, and mass spectrometry.
