Microplate Microarrays

ArrayIt® offers its superior Clean, Amine, Epoxy, and Aldehyde surface chemistries for microplate sized glass slides for microplate microarray experimentation. Use the same hardware for 96-well microplate or for 4 standard glass slide substrates. Microplate printing is available with our NanoPrint™ Microarrayer Systems. Microplate Microarrays allow 96 samples to be printed, hybridized and read on a single treated glass surface.

SuperMask™ Substrates

ArrayIt® has developed a proprietary hydrophobic masking technology that creates reaction wells on Super Microarray Substrates. SuperMask™ Substrates are designed to empower the simultaneous processing and analysis of 16 or 24 samples on standard 25 x 76 mm glass substrate slides for high-throughput gene expression, genotyping and protein profiling applications. SuperMask™ Substrates are highly durable and available in our Clean, Amine, Aldehyde and Epoxy surface chemistries.

SuperMask™ 4 and 12 Substrates

ProPlate Microarrays

The ArrayIt® ProPlate Microarray System includes bottomless 96- or 384-well microplates with adhesive backing and glass microplate bottoms. Microarrays are printed on the glass microplate bottoms and are assembled with the adhesive 96- or 384-well microplates after manufacturing. SuperClean, SuperAmine, SuperEpoxy, SuperAldehyde surface chemistries are available with this system.

HydroGel Slides

ArrayIt® offers a three-dimensional hydrogel reactive surface chemistry immobilized to a glass substrate slide surface. The bio-compatible characteristics of the HC hydrogel slides are similar to the separation media used in protein purification. For a range of DNA and protein microarray applications in which a hydrogel surface is needed.

SuperGold Substrates

 

ArrayIt® SuperGold Substrates are the only gold substrate slides on the market that use glass polishing to achieve atomic flatness for superior surface homogeneity, spot morphology and data precision. Use SuperGold, which contains a 100 Å layer of gold (element Au) across the entire surface, to immobilize DNA, protein, peptides, and other molecules for a range of microarray and life sciences applications. Thin Film Substrates

 

ArrayIt® offers high quality thin film sputtering of a variety of metals and compounds onto SuperClean Substrates. Sputter etching (Ar) and reactive ion etching (RIE) (O2, CF4) allow cleaning and activation of substrate surfaces for optimum adhesion. Efficient DC/RF magnetron sources are used. Dielectrics can be deposited by RF or by using metal targets and reactive sputtering. Up to four different materials can be deposited in a single sputtering session.
