Green Microarray Pins

 

ArrayIt® “goes green” with the introduction of Green Microarray Printing Pins, which contain 0.1 µl uptake channels for a 60% reduction in sample volume. Green Pins reduce the consumption of kits, reagents and plastic ware required for microarray sample preparation and accordingly reduce environmental impact. Available in Pro Series RM101 alloy, and with either 946 or Stealth collars. Compatible with NanoPrint™ and SpotBot® 2 Microarrayers and all Pro, 946 and Stealth Pins.

Professional Series

 

Ultra high-end printing Professional Series printing pins for the most demanding microarray printing applications. Manufactured using ArrayIt® proprietary alloy RM101, Pro Pins are rated at 10 million printing cycles or approximately 10 times as durable as 946 and Stealth.  Highly recommended for high-end commercial applications and demanding core facilities where durability and exacting pin tip tolerances are essential.

946 Pins and Printheads

 

ArrayIt® 946 technology offers increased Pin and Printhead precision, reduced weight, and proprietary extended collar design, for superior performance and usability. Stealth Pins and Printheads

 

Stealth Micro Spotting technology is the most widely used microarray product in the world, with over 2,000 installations worldwide servicing nearly 10,000 laboratories. It is protected by US Patent Number 6,101,946 and is sold license- and royalty-free for research purposes only. Diagnostic applications require a license.

Chipmaker (Original)

 

The predecessor to Stealth Micro Spotting technology, this product has been used in the microarray industry since 1997.  Still in wide use, we continue to support this design and style of Pins and Printheads, but Stealth is recommended for new users. It is protected by US Patent Number 6,101,946 and is sold license- and royalty-free for research purposes only. Diagnostic applications require a license.

BioRobotics Printhead

 

The BRSPH64 Stealth Printhead is designed to allow BioRobotics users to take advantage of ArrayIt Brand Stealth Micro Spotting Pins. It holds up to 64 Patented Stealth Micro Spotting Pins at 4.5mm center-to-center spacing.

Robodesign Printheads

 

The RDSPH Robodesign Printhead is designed to allow users to take advantage of ArrayIt Brand Stealth Micro Spotting Pins. It holds up to 48 Patented Stealth Micro Spotting Pins at 4.5mm center-to-center spacing.

Genetix Printhead

 

Precision microarray printheads for our worldwide distributor Genetix.  Genetix robots holds 48 Stealth or 946 microarray printing pins in a 4 x 8 pin configuration with 4.5 mm pin spacing. These Printheads and Pins are covered by TeleChem Patent U.S. 6,101,946.

NanoPrint Printhead

 

The NanoPrint Printhead is designed to allow users to take advantage of ArrayIt Brand 946 and Stealth Micro Spotting Pins. It holds up to 48 Patented 946 or Stealth Micro Spotting Pins. Quick-release design allows printhead removal and cleaning without the need for re-calibration, essential for the high-throughput laboratories that use our NanoPrint™ Systems.

QBot ChipMaker Printhead

 

The QBot ChipMaker Printhead was designed to allow Genetix QBot users to take advantage of ArrayIt Brand ChipMaker Micro Spotting Pins. It holds 16 Patented ChipMaker Micro Spotting Pins at 4.5mm center-to-center spacing.
